How this card works

For 5 Eddies this Program bottom-decks a Rival's lowest-power Unit. Read that carefully: it hits the weakest Unit on their field, not the biggest, and if several are tied, you choose. The bottom of the deck isn't the trash, so no Defeated effect triggers and nothing that recovers cards from the trash can bring it back.

So shrink your target first. Pyramid Song can give a rival Unit -5 power this turn, and Floor It takes 1 power off and draws a card. After that, their biggest threat may be the lowest-power Unit on the field.

Count power including Gear, since equipped Units rarely end up lowest. The ruling lets you play it with no rival Unit at all. A bottom-decked Unit takes its Gear with it, all in random order. Without Quick, it is a main phase card only.
