How this card works

Street Racer costs 3 Eddies for 3 power and speeds up someone else. Its Play ability gives another friendly Unit with cost 5 or less Adrenaline this turn, letting it attack the turn it is played. The Racer has Lag itself and waits until your next turn.

The best targets sit right at the limit. MaxTac AV costs 5, has 8 power and can swap one of your Gigs with a rival Gig when played - with Adrenaline it then attacks for another Gig. Wraith Marauders also costs 5 and readies another friendly Unit whose power matches the Gig it steals.

The limit checks printed cost, since discounts only change what you pay. Adrenaline given on the rival's turn does nothing. Even with Adrenaline, a new Unit still has Lag, so it can't use Spend abilities that turn.
