How this card works

The Play reads 'Defeat all other Units', and that includes your own Units and any of your Legends that are on the field as Units. Plan to play it from an empty or nearly empty board, or when your Rival has far more on the table than you do. After the wipe, his 15 power steals two Gigs per attack.

He is expensive in two ways. He costs 9 Eddies, and his 6 Yellow RAM means all three Legends in your deck must be Yellow. Like any Unit he enters with Lag, but Adrenaline Converter lets him attack right away while a Rival controls at least 2 more Gigs than you. The Relic: Experimental Biochip can bring him back from your trash for free, since its limit is cost 9 or less.

The FAQ confirms that if you manage to play him on your Rival's turn, the Play effect still resolves.
