Evelyn Parker: Beautiful Enigma

Card text

Playable in Go Solo

When a friendly CORPO or GANGER Unit steals 1 or more Gigs, ready 1 Eddie.
1 €$, Spend A rival Unit must attack next turn if it can.

How this card works

Evelyn has no cost, so she stays in the Legends area. Her passive readies 1 Eddie whenever a friendly CORPO or GANGER Unit steals one or more Gigs. For 1 Eddie and Spend, she forces a rival Unit to attack next turn if it can.

The forced attack lets you prepare. Mox Inciters has the same forced attack on Play, plus Blocker and the GANGER tag, so it both triggers the refund and can catch the attacker. Rita Wheeler: No Stupid Questions is also GANGER with Blocker, and draws then discards the first time she is spent each turn.

The FAQ states your Rival cannot end their turn while the chosen Unit can legally attack, and if it attacks and gets readied, it must attack again. A Unit that 'can't attack' is not forced, because 'can't' wins. Call her early, as the refund works every turn. In deck building she counts for 2 Blue RAM.
