Jackie Welles: Pour One Out For Me

How this card works

This Jackie has no cost and never enters the field; what he gives you is a free decrease once per turn. The first time each turn you play a Blue Unit or Blue Gear, you may decrease a friendly Gig by up to 2, and if that makes it a min Gig, you draw 1.

Dying Night: V's Pistol is an easy trigger at 2 Eddies, and it lowers Gigs itself when the Unit attacks. Three Mouths, One Desire rewards min Gigs, adding an extra card from the top 3 for each one - but it needs 3 Blue RAM, so you'll want a second Blue Legend next to Jackie's 2.

Timing matters here: a Blue card played before Jackie was flipped doesn't count, and the trigger won't come back that turn. Playing a Blue Legend from the Legends area to the field does count. Picking a Gig that is already a min Gig gives no draw. Flip him early.
