How this card works

Panam Palmer: Nomad Cavalry only works face-up, since Gear can equip face-up Legends. For 2 Eddies and a Spend, move a Gear from her onto an unequipped friendly Unit and ready that Unit. At the end of your turn, if 5 or more of your Units and/or Legends are equipped, ready all of them.

Reaching five equipped cards needs cheap Gear. Riot Shield costs 2 Eddies, gives Blocker, and makes Rivals pay +2 Eddies to use Go Solo. Zetatech Berserk costs 1 Eddie less for each friendly face-up Legend, so with three face-up you pay 3.

The FAQ confirms the receiving Unit must be unequipped but may already be ready, in which case you just get the Gear move. The five-card threshold counts any mix of Units and Legends. She brings 2 Green RAM.
