For 7 Eddies Steel Dragon brings 9 power, one short of a second Gig. His Play ability puts a Unit with cost 4 or less from your hand or trash into play for free, and it can attack rival Units this turn. On top of that, the first time an ARASAKA Unit is defeated each turn, you draw 1.
Saburo Arasaka: Stubborn Patriarch gives friendly ARASAKA Units +1 power while attacking, taking Yorinobu to 10 and two Gigs. The best free Unit is Ruthless Lowlife: 2 Eddies, 4 power, and it can only attack rival Units anyway, so nothing is lost.
Yorinobu counts himself, so his own defeat draws a card. An ARASAKA Unit defeated earlier in the turn, before he entered, uses up the 'first time'. A free Unit with Adrenaline can attack the Gig area too.
